Sandy Floorington’s Floor Sanding spends time other floor sanders don’t, we hang plastic sheeting to protect bookcases, adjoining rooms, curtains, fireplaces, air con ducts etc to contain small amounts of dust that escape from the top line sanding machines with integrated dust extraction vacuums . All other surfaces will be dusted and wiped before the job is complete.

We are specially careful not to damage skirting boards and walls with either machinery or floor coatings. The extra time we take means you won’t have to have painters back to touch up. All waste generated by the sanding process will be removed by Sandy Floorington’s Floor Sanding so our clients aren’t left with several garbage bags full of sawdust.

Sandy Floorington’s Floor Sanding prefers to use premium coatings that have high wear and scratch resistance as well as a silky smooth finish. However we are always happy to use more economical products to suit your budget.  

We stand by our quotes. The amount quoted is the amount invoiced. Occasionally a cracked or rotten floorboard may be found after carpet has been removed. Repairs are charged at an hourly rate plus materials and are always discussed and approved before commencing remediation work.
